The U.S. Reserve (USMR) gathered at the Memorial Foundation’s Lone Sailor Awards Dinner in Washington D.C. This event took place late in September of 2018.

The affair honors sailors who current serve in the U.S. Navy. The event also honors naval service from the past and those that will join this branch of the military in the future.

High level officials within the USMR represented their organization during the dinner.

The Vice President of Media, Christol Farris showed up and she was accompanied by Marketing and Communications V.P. Jim Warren. Director of Operations Jennifer Olivier and Senior Director of Sales, Hosea Perkins, had also attended this function.

The USMR partners with the Navy Memorial. Both organizations have been working together since 2016. The U.S. Reserve has even created a 75th Anniversary Pearl Harbor coin series to show support for their relationship. Sailors benefits from the proceeds that the coins generate.

Every year the Lone Sailor Awards Dinner honors servicemen who have performed outstanding service during or after their career. This is one way that the U.S. show appreciations for sailors who have made a huge sacrifice and commitment for their country and fellow servicemen.

US Money Reserve representatives enjoyed the evening’s functions and they had a good time mingling with guests. American dignitaries and influential American people typically attend this event. Great music was provided by the U.S. Navy Band and lots of fellowship and mingling took place among the guests in attendance.

Providing high quality memorial coins to the public in honor of servicemen is one way that the USMR does its job. They know that navy personnel face multiple threats in modern times.

These threats have the potential to harm the American way of life at home and abroad.
